Towards a greater olefin share in polypropylene cracking – Amorphous mesoporous aluminosilicate competes with zeolites

چکیده

For plastic waste cracking the path for production of high olefins yield without loose in gasoline fraction is an intriguing option. Among commercial FAU zeolites different properties and mesoporous HAlMCM-48 materials, catalysts polypropylene (PP) being able to operate low-temperature regime was searched. The aim investigate effects presence mesopore system context internal external acidic features on PP cracking. advanced operando FT-IR UV–vis characterization coupled with GC MS analysis offered insight into nature active species during reaction as well coke deposit formed after reaction. results series were faced HAIMCM-48 catalyst similar competence, it will be documented.
